ETM Rotor features the suitability of design, regarding standards and machinery functionality requirements like separation margin from natural frequencies, verification of compatibility between vibration levels and internal machine clearances and stability for different operational conditions.

ETM has developed in-house solutions to predict the behaviour of compressors operating with gas, suction and rotation conditions different from those specified in the design phase, using the most modern state equations for describing real gas behaviour.

The ETM has its proprietary development software for the modal analysis of rotating equipment without the need for external excitation, using appropriate techniques to separate the vibration signal from the stochastic excitation, due to the internal flow of the machine.
